Orders placed through the Velocitor Solutions ordering site will be shipped via Ground from the FedEx Ground Warehouse.  For any order inquiries or issues, the Warehouse can be contacted by email at fxg.warsp@fedex.com or by Phone at 877-777-9273.

In the event a return is needed for a shipment, please utilize the FXG Warehouse return eForm.  This can be accessed by navigating to the FXG Warehouse SharePoint site https://myfedex.sharepoint.com/teams/gdFXGM/FXG-Warehouse/SitePages/Home.aspx and selecting the OPR017: Warehouse Return Authorization Form.  All users should have login access.  If not, please contact the Help Desk 1-800-HELPMIS for assistance.
